Speedchilli Hosting Service Agreement
By using the services provided by Speedchilli you expressly agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions as set out below. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. It is thereby recommended that you check the current terms and conditions on a regular basis. Speedchilli will not be held responsible for any resultant problems or failures to provide the services that are derived from your failure to follow these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the services of Speedchilli implies your continued acceptance of the then current terms and conditions.

Notwithstanding our advertised 99.9% uptime; to ensure our high quality of service to our customers we do, from time-to-time, upgrade and modify our servers; this may at times cause downtime. We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen events that causes downtime.
Speedchilli back up all servers daily but these backups are for disaster recovery purposed. We strongly recommend that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your web space. Speedchilli is not responsible for loss of data.
BandwidthSpeedchilli operates a policy where in each hosting package you, as a client, have limited bandwidth. Exceeding the specified bandwidth will result in an email warning you of the extra use and charges as laid out in our pricing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Within the first 30 days we will refund your fee's in full if the package you purchased offered this option. Offer refunds for Hosting are offered depending on circumstances of the request. We reserve the right not to refund clients.
All accounts can be cancelled at anytime by the customer with immediate effect providing the package purchased did not detail otherwise
You can get a refund from our Yearly packages; however this must be done within the first 14 days from your order being placed. (Excludes Domain Refund) Refunds may have a transaction fee which will come from your payment.
We reserve the right not to issue refund if the client has signed up for fraud purposes.
Speedchilli reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. Customer refund will not occur if our service shuts down. We will then no longer host or renew your domain or host your website.
VPS & Dedicated Servers
Once a VPS or dedicated order has been placed and payment has been made we will undergo construction of your server. Due to this we are unable to offer refunds once server construction has started. Refunds can only be offered for hardware failure or configuration problems. Please take note of the above when considering your request
When you are billed for your hosting, you will receive reminders letting you know payment is due. Payment must be made before the date on the invoice. If payment has not been made three days after this date your account shall be suspended. If payment is still not received by 10 days after the renewal date, your account will be removed from the server with the resultant loss of data.
Renewal notices are sent up to 10 days before the renewal date.
We do not tolerate fraud signups at Speedchilli. Any orders considered to fit this category will be queried. If the client subsequently requests a refund, any charges incurred by Speedchilli will be deducted from any refund that may be due. Notwithstanding the foregoing Speedchilli reserve the right to refuse refunds to fraud signups and may consider taking legal action against such signups.
We reserve the right to change our hosting packages at anytime, regarding to price and/or resources.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Speedchilli harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable solicitor’s fees asserted against Speedchilli, its agents, sub-contractors, its customers, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Speedchilli against liabilities arising out of:-
Any injury to a person(s) or property caused by any product sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Speedchilli server; Any material supplied by a customer that infringes or allegedly infringes on the proprietary rights of a Third Party; Copyright Infringement and/or Intellectual Property rights; Any defective products sold to customer from Speedchilli server.
If any customer is rude or disrespectful to staff or users of Speedchilli we reserve the right to cancel services at any time without refund. All have the right to work or go about their own business free of abuse or harassment; please respect this right.
Speedchilli will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, Speedchilli makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Speedchilli disclaims any warrantee, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, viruses and any and all service interruptions caused by Speedchilli and its employees.
